Lady's Finger fry

Ingredients:

Lady's finger         -  250 gms
Red chili powder  -  1 table spoon
Turmeric powder  -  1 tea spoon
Asafoitida             -  1 pinch
Cooking oil           -  3 table spoon
Salt to taste

1.  Wash and dry lady's fingers.
2.  Cut them into 1 inch pieces.
3,  Heat oil in a kadai and add the chopped lady's finger.
4.  Add salt, chili powder turmeric powder and asafoitida.
5.  Stir occasionally and let it cook.
6.  Remember not to close the kadai.
7.  Once the vegetable turns crispy switch off the stove.
8.  Lady's finger fry ready.
