Ingredients:
Beans - 200 gms
Bengal gram dal - 2 table spoons
Thoor dal - 2 table spoons
Red chillies - 3 nos
Asafoitida - 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder- 1 tea spoon
Mustard - 1 table spoons
Black gram dal - 1 table spoon
Salt to taste
Cooking oil - 4 table spoon
1. Soak the 2 dals and red chillies together for 1 hour.
2. Grind it into a paste without water. (If necessary very little water only)
3. Clean wash and cut beans into small pieces.
4. Mix the ground paste, chopped beans, salt, turmeric powder and salt.
5. Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard, and black gram dal.
6. Once mustard crackles add the mixture and stir well.
7. Keep it in low flame and close.
8. Keep stirring in between cook till the beans is done.
9. Beans parrupu usili ready. It goes well with sambar rice.
