Brinjal Fry(Baingan baja)

Ingredients:

Brinjal (Big ones)    -  2 nos
Turmeric powder    -  1 tea spoon
Red chili powder    -  1 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Cooking oil             -  4 table spoons

1.  Wash and cut brinjals into big pieces.
2.  Mix turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt in a bowl.
3.  Thoroughly spread it on the cut brinjals.
4.  Heat oil in pan.
5.  Keep the brinjals in the pan and cook by turning it in all sides.
6.  Baingan baja ready.
