Cauliflower with greens and curd

Ingredients:

Carrot                      -  1 nos
Spring onions           -  a small bunch
Fresh garlic              -   a small bunch
Fresh coriander        -  a small bunch
Tomatoes                -  2 nos
Green chillies            -  3 nos
Curd                        -  3 table spoons
Jeera powder           -  1 tea spoon
Fresh GarlicCauliflower               -  250 gms
Pepper powder        -  1 tea spoon
Coriander powder    -  1 tea spoon
Garam masala          -  1 tea spoon
Mustard seeds         -  1 table spoon
Black gram dal         -  1 table spoon
Sugar                       -  1/2 tea spoon
Cooking oil               -  2 table spoons
Salt to taste.

1.  Clean and chop cauliflower and carrots.
2.  Clean and finely chop the spring onions and fresh garlic.
3.  Take the curd in a bowl and add the jeera powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, salt, sugar and finely chopped fresh coriander.
4.  Heat oil in a kadai and add the mustard seeds and black gram dal.
5.  Once the mustard crackles and dal turns light brown add the finely chopped green chillies,  finely chopped spring onions and fresh garlic.
6.  Once the onions change colour add the chopped tomatoes.
7.  After the tomatoes softens add the chopped cauliflowers and carrots.
8.  Stir and let it cook for 8 - 10 mins.
9.  When the vegetables are half cooked add the curd mixture.
10.Let the vegetables cook till soft and remove from stove.
11.Cauliflower with greens and curd ready.  Serve with roti/rice.
