Ingredients:
Raw Banana - 4 nos
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon
Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon
Cooking oil - 4 table spoons
Asafoitida - 1 pinch
Salt to taste
1. Peel the raw bananas and cut them into circular pieces.
2. Add all the ingredients other than oil and mix thoroughly.
3. Now heat oil in a kadai and add the vegetable.
4. Keep the stove in low flame and cook till the raw banana turns into brown colour.
5. Raw banana fry ready.
6. It tastes good with rice and roties.
