Spinach Mash

Ingredients:

Spinach              -  250 gms
Jeera                  -  1 tea spoon
Asafoitida           -  1 pinch
Ghee                  -  1 table spoon
Black gram dal   -  1 tea spoon
Red chili            -  1 no 
Salt to taste

1.  Wash and clean spinach.
2.  Place it in a bowl add 1/4 cup of water salt asafoitida and jeera.
3.  Place it on the stove and cover and allow it to cook till soft.
4.  Now take the masher and mash it thoroughly.
5.  Add a little of all time flour if necessary to make it to a thick paste.
6.  Heat ghee in a kadai and add the black gram dal and red chili and add to the spinach.
7.  Spinach mash ready.
