Ingredients:
Bitter gourd - 10 nos.(Medium sized)
Turmeric powder - 1 table spoon
Coriander powder - 1 table spoon
Red chili powder - 1 table spoon
Garam masala - 1 tea spoon (optional)
Saunf - 1 tea spoon
Salt to taste
1. Take all the ingredients other than the bitter gourd and mix thoroughly.
3. Now open the slit and gently spread the masala in the bitter gourds.
4. Tie the bitter gourds with thin thread so that the masala does not come out while frying.
5. Heat oil in a kadai and shallow fry the bitter gourds in low flame.
6. Keep turning the bitter gourds till they turn dark brown all over evenly.
7. Remove from kadai and remove the thread.
8. It can be cut into small pieces(optional).
9. Stuffed bitter gourd masala ready.
