Carrot and greens

Ingredients:

Carrot                 -  3 nos
Onion                 -  2 medium size
Fresh coriander   -  2 table spoons (finely chopped)
Green chillies       -  2 nos
Lemon juice        -  1 table spoon
Salt to taste

1.  Clean and grate carrots.
2.  Finely chop onions.
3.  Finely chop the coriander.
4.  Finely chop the green chillies.
5.  Mix add the above along with lemon juice and salt.
6.  Carrot and green salad ready.
