Chili Paneer

Ingredients:

Big chillies             -  250 gms
Paneer                  -  200 gms
Ginger garlic paste-  1 table spoon
Onions                 -  3 nos
Tomatoes             -  4 nos
Cooking oil          -  2 table spoons
Mustard seeds     -  1 table spoon
Coriander powder-  1 tea spoon
Jeera powder       -  1 tea spoon
Red chili powder  -  1/2 tea spoon
Sugar                   -  1/2 tea spoon
Salt to taste

1.  Clean the chillies, remove the seeds from the chillies and cut them into 1/2 inch pieces.
2.  Chop onions and tomatoes finely.
3.  Chop the paneers into 1/2 inch pieces.
4.  Heat oil in the kadai add the mustard seeds and once they crackle add the chopped onions.
5.  Once they turn transparent add the ginger garlic paste.
6.  Once the Ginger garlic paste is cooked in oil add the coriander powder, red chili powder, jeera powder, salt and sugar.
7.  After stirring them together for a few mins add the chopped tomatoes.
8.  When the tomatoes become soft add the chopped chili pieces.
9.  Wait till the chillies are half cooked and then add the paneer pieces.
10.Stir them well together and add little water and let them cook together.
11.Allow it to cook for 5 - 8 mins till the chillies become and soft and done.
12.Chili paneer ready.
