Raw Banana Sabji

Ingredients:

Raw banana          -  4 nos
Onions                  -  1 no
Tomato                 -  2 nos
Turmeriec powder -  1/2 spoon
Red chili powder   -  1 spoon
Jeera powder        -  1 spoon
Mustard seeds       -  1 tea spoon
Black gram dal       -  1 tea spoon
Cooking oil            -  1 table spoon
Salt to taste

1.  Peel and dice bananas into 1/2 inch cubes.
2.  Finely chop onions and tomatoes.
3.  Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds and black gram dal.
4.  After the mustard crackles and the black gram dal turn golden brown add the onions.
5.  As soon as the onions turn transparent add the tomatoes, salt, jeera powder and turmeric powder.
6.  Stir fry till the tomatoes turn shapeless, add the chopped bananas stir till the masal mixes well on the bananas and cover the kadai.
7.  Stir inbetween and cook till the bananas are done.
8.  Serve with rice or roti.
