Shahi Paneer

Ingredients:

Fresh cream                 -  200 ml
Fresh Paneer                -  200 gms
Onions                         -  200 gms (2 - 3)
Tomatoes                     -  200 gms (2 - 3)
Garlic                           -  2 - 3 pearls
Ginger                          -  1/2 inch
Chili powder                -  1 tea spoon
Ghee                           -  2 table spoons
Garam masala             -  1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder        -  1/2  tea spoon
Salt to taste

1.  Grind onions, ginger and garlic together.
2.  Grind the tomatoes separately.
3.  Heat the ghee in a kadai and add the ground onion mixture.
4.  Stir fry till the ghee splits.
5.  Now add the tomato paste, salt and turmeric powder.
6.  Again stir fry till the ghee splits.
7.  Now add the chili powder, garam masala, fresh cream and diced fresh paneer.
8.  Stir and if necessary add a cup of water and cook till the whole mixture boils and mixes thoroughly.
9.  Remove from stove and serve hot with roti/ paratha or poories.
